ESSENTIALS

1st Meeting

I really want to make sure you get the wedding you want, no matter a grand or simple it may be. So our initial conversation can be  over the phone or in person to talk about all the important dates and details for your wedding. Afterwards, I can send you an email that can include a summary and checklist, a wedding planning questionnaire, or other details you may need. This will help us stay organised and make sure we're on the same page as we plan your special day. 

 

Administration

As your wedding celebrant, I'll take care of everything to ensure your wedding is legal and stress-free. I'll start by processing the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), which can be done no more than 18 months and no less thanone month before your big day. I'll handle all the necessary documentation, including identification, the Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage, the Official Wedding Certificates and any other documents required by Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages (BDM). I'll guide you through each step, so you can relax and focus on celebrating your love.

2nd Meeting

Our second meeting is usually face-to-face so we can go over and sign all the legal documents together. This way, we can make sure everything is up-to-date and address any changes or additional needs to make your dream wedding a reality and importantly, legal.

WEDDING PACKAGES

CLASSIC Wedding Package $870 (includes added essentials $300)

I have a range of wedding ceremonies for you to choose from to suit every kind of love story, whether you're young love, a family, or a couple who have been together for years. Once we've personalised your ceremony it will be sent to you at least one week before your wedding day to meet any last minute changes you may have. It will be added to my ceremony folder for the day. This creates a beautiful and meaningful atmosphere for your special day.

 

On the wedding day, I'll arrive 30 minutes early to set up and test my PA system. I'll be there to answer any questions, go over ceremony details, and ensure everything is in order. Throughout the day, I'll stay in touch with the designated contact person for the brides arrival, and any updates and announcements.

 

During the ceremony, I'll deliver a classic 10 to 20-minute ceremony using my professional PA system and microphone. I'll have the necessary legal documents ready for signing also in a beautiful presentation certificate nd pen for signing. If you have would like me to assist with the music, please let me know and I can provide an additional speaker if needed for you to use.

PERSONALISED Wedding Package $1000 (includes added essential $300)

If you'd like something truly special and one-of-a-kind, I'll create a completely personalised wedding ceremony just for you and your partner. The ceremony can include your love story, personal vows, favourite quotes, readings, poems, and so on. You'll receive a finalised copy of the ceremony at least one week before the big day for your review and any adjustments. It will all be printed and added to my beautiful ceremony folder to be read from on your BIG day. 

 

In addition to the ceremony itself, I'll take care of all the details like the order of proceedings, reception information, transportation details, photography details, and any special requests regarding social media. 

 

On the wedding day, I'll arrive 30 to 60 minutes early to set up the PA system and greet the wedding party and guests. I'll be there to answer any questions and go over the ceremony details with you. Throughout the day, I'll coordinate with other professionals like photographers, stylists, and musicians. I'll stay in touch with the designated person for the bride, keeping them informed about her arrival and any necessary announcements.

 

During the ceremony, I'll deliver your personalised ceremony, using a professional PA system and microphone for clear communication. Your legal documents will be presented in a beautiful presentation folder and a pen for signing. I'll deliver the ceremony in your preferred style, whether it's formal, laidback, or short and sweet. You can choose the music or songs you want, and I'll arrange for it to be played through my PA system.

 including a special song for the wedding party's entrance, music during the signing of the documents, and a recessional song at the end. I can continue to play music for 15 to 20 minutes after the ceremony.

My PERSONALISED ceremony is personally tailored to you and crafted full of love, and delivered with care and attention to detail.

ELOPEMENT Wedding Package $600 (includes added essentials $300)

Not everyone wants a big wedding, and that's totally okay! Whether you're seeking intimacy, privacy, or cost savings, I can offer you a beautiful ELOPEMENT ceremony tailored just for you. With a variety of personalised ceremonies to choose from, we'll create a meaningful and heartfelt atmosphere for your special day.

 

I will arrive 30 to 15 minutes before the ceremony to set up and ensure everything is just right...or if it is a surprise I can arrive at a time that works for you. Your ceremony will be printed in a beautiful presentation folder, as well as a presentation folder for all the necessary legal documentation and pen for signing. The ceremony will be delivered in your preferred style, whether you prefer a formal or relaxed vibe. If needed, I can provide a small speaker for music on the day. This package is perfect for small groups, you, your witnesses and even a few of you closest family and friends (usually under 10 guests).

 

If you're looking for something beautiful and intimate, this elopement wedding package could be just what you're looking for.

 

 

LEGALS ONLY $465 in total

If you're looking for a simple and intimate wedding experience, a legals-only package might be just what you need. It's similar to a traditional courthouse registry style wedding but without the courthouse. It's just you, your two witnesses, and a short and sweet ceremony. We can make it happen anywhere – over a casual coffee, a celebratory glass of wine at your home, or even at my beautiful acreage property at no extra charge.

 

Picture this – getting married by my large pond, surrounded by green lawns and bushland. And if the weather doesn't cooperate, we can move the ceremony indoors by the cozy fireplace with its warm, inviting ambiance. And I can even provide the two witnesses if needed.

 

It's a very simple ceremony that can still be personalised to your needs, reflecting your love and commitment in a relaxed and meaningful way.

Supplier and Clarence Valley Council Booking Information

If you're considering the Clarence Valley area for your wedding, let's make sure you have everything sorted and the perfect location booked. I can offer guidance and direct you to the Clarence Valley Council's venue booking website, where you can check out and book the ideal venue for your special day. Let's make this process easy and stress-free for you!

I can also assist you by providing information on recommended suppliers in the area for various wedding services, florists, stylists, furniture hire, and so on.  (optional) 

 

Rehearsal

 If you're keen on having a rehearsal before your big day, just give me a shout, and we'll schedule it in. We can gather at the ceremony location with the wedding party for a relaxed and helpful run-through. Please note a rehearsal is included in the PERSONALISED Wedding  Package. (optional)

Other

I totally get how important it is for you to have your official wedding certificate pronto! Rest assured, I'll take care of all the paperwork and lodge it with the registry portal within 2 to 5 days after your ceremony – and I've got you covered on the cost too. Your official marriage certificate will be sent directly to your address for your peace of mind. Your legal documents are safe and sound with me – I've got all the necessary measures in place to keep them secure and confidential.

Hire of Signing Table

I offer the hire of a small fold-out table with tablecloth and elegant crystal candle. (chairs not supplied) 

 

Additional Meetings

While phone or email works for most things, I totally get that some situations call for a good old face-to-face chat. If you feel like you'd benefit from another meeting, just say the word, and we'll set it up. I'm here to make sure we cover all bases and meet your specific needs in the most comfortable way possible.
