Meet Jenny

Hello, I’m Jenny Tesar, a marriage celebrant based in beautiful Yamba, and I absolutely love what I do.

I have been a creative writer for most of my life, expressing myself through many art forms before discovering my true calling in celebrancy. Storytelling has always been at the heart of who I am, and I feel incredibly honoured to hear the stories of the couples I work with.

I love learning about your journey together — your quirks, passions, emotions and the relationships that shape your lives. When I write your ceremony, my goal is to capture the essence of who you are as a couple and create something that feels authentic, meaningful and uniquely yours.

Growing up in the Clarence Valley and the wider Northern Rivers region has given me a deep connection to this beautiful part of the world.

I regularly officiate weddings across Yamba, Angourie, Iluka, Maclean Grafton, Pillar Valley, Wooli, Minnie Water, and Coffs Harbour. I love helping couples create ceremonies that reflect both their personalities and the incredible locations they have chosen to celebrate in.

With a warm, relaxed approach and plenty of creative ideas, I work closely with couples to design a ceremony that feels natural, heartfelt and memorable.
